2. Selection of raw materials

steel materials. It can ensure that the track has excellent
properties such as high strength, high hardness, wear resistance,
and corrosion resistance.
3. Processing technology
The crawler processing technology mainly includes cutting, cold
bending, reinforcement production, bending and forming and other
process links.
4. Heat treatment
Heat treatment methods include quenching, carburizing, tempering,
etc.
5. Forming
The crawler tracks need to go through multiple processes such as
mold forming, riveting, and assembly.
6. Surface treatment
A series of processes such as cleaning, anti-rust, and spray
coating are carried out on the track surface to ensure that the
surface of the track is smooth, burr-free and corrosion-resistant,
thereby protecting the track and extending its service life.
7. Quality control
According to national standards, the dimensional accuracy, physical
properties, durability and surface quality of the crawler tracks
are tested to ensure the true reliability of the crawler tracks
during use, and quality testing is performed at different links
during the manufacturing process to ensure the quality of the
product. .
